I have been using several techniques in New York to find Motivated sellers. Some work much better than others. Haven't used bandit signs as of yet. Anyone have any advice on using signs and best practices? Thanks!

As an investor, I'd like to develop a great business relationship with one motivated "Go To" Licensed agent on Long Island, NY that I can trust and make money for both of us. I do allot of local marketing and generate allot of leads that do not fit the customer profile I am looking for and would be great potential listings that I would be glad to pass along to you.

I am a new RE investor in NYC, anyone know an excellent attorney that really gets the RE investing industry?

I am starting my RE investing biz and have been going back and forth on set up and state of incorporation, I am at the point the I believe an LLC would be best and I should probably set 1 up in Wyoming or Nevada. I live in NYC. I would like to initially start wholesaling any where in the cuntry and than rehabbing,flipping, preferably NY/NJ/CT as I want to be to monitor the deal. Does anyone have any advice in regards to stucture/set up?
