Purchasing property for cash. Using private $$ loan for rehab. Will Refi after rehab and/or Seasoning. When going to apply for rehab will lenders allow refi in LLC name? Does refi have to be in personal name?

1 - I assume when you say "Operators" you are saying Investors? How did you find and reach out to them to start? what were the questions you asked them?

2 - How did you learn to analyze good deals? I'm assuming your talking about Multi unit?

3 - How did you find these deals? what marketing strategies worked for you?

4 - I have NO PROBLEM giving up equity. for one, to learn on the deal and because it's the right thing to do for the investor
