Can a contract I agree to buy from a wholesaler be “Re-Assigned” to another flipper/Retail buyer? If so, any “special docs needed? Does the seller have to be advised? Anything illegal about it?

OK, if he's Good with "Signing off" on ALL debt incurred by this LLC then this structure is fine ? or, don't even bother with any LLC's ? form a "partnership" with Umbrella ins ?

How is a "partnership" formed for these purposes?
