Eddie - why don't you sell and buy more in Alabama ... couldn't you get 2 to 3 times the cashflow and not have first 4 months rent go to pay taxes?

How much are these properties worth? In Oregon or Nevada, you'd be talking about $300k+ homes with those kind of taxes.
