Newbie Moving to Orlando seeking Investment Deal

Hey BP Family!

I am a newbie moving to the Orlando area (Apopka, Altamonte, Longwood, Wekiva Springs, ect) seeking to connect with awesome wholesalers and agents. I would ideally like to find a deal in the lower cost range that needs work but no structural issues. I also have an interested Hard money Lender to come in all cash given the right deal. I would love any advice or area of interest to look at from any current investors in the area. I plan to start direct mail marketing to the altamonte area as my parents live in Apopka and I plan to do the Rehab with my Dad, so would preferably like the property to be within reasonable distance to Apopka and within a Renters market. Welcome to Orlando. I'm a fellow investor focusing on buy and hold. I live in Winter Garden.

I just put my first deal under contract. I'm pretty stoked about it.

Do a couple searches on BP and you will quickly a wholesaler or two in the area and many investor-friendly agents. I sourced my deal myself but hope to continue building relationships with these folks.
