@Jason Powell I started with a turnkey to start my connections and have subsequently purchased another 10 houses. Key is to find a great PM and agent. Highly recommend reading Long Distance Real Estate Investing. David Greene lays it all out very effectively!

Why would you contribute to your 401k if there is no match? Makes absolutely no sense from my perspective?
