Moving Into Multi-Family Investing

Moving Up to Multi-Family Deals but No Track Record? No Big Deal!

Hey guys, anyone experienced this problem when closing?

I’m talking about when you’ve spent a boatload of time finding a great multi-family property, but when it comes time to close, the selling agent gets cold feet and goes with another investor who has more experience.

You might be sitting opposite a broker and you just want to get the deal done but they get hung up on your lack of multi-family experience and how many deals of this size you’ve done before.

What can you say at that point to reassure them? How can you make sure the question is not a deal breaker?

I just wanted to share a great hack that takes care of the problem.
