@Ryan Elsey

Thanks! Wonder why there is out of state interest in this particular metro versus many others out there... but I get the point.

@Sara Elford

What's the reason for Columbus Ohio to be a hot market for MFR?

What’s driving it?

Thanks

@Karen Jackson

Hi Karen

Please can you share the cameras you are using in your units. Also would you create a new lease after close to replace existing one ? Which , might be due for renewal after close.

Thank you!

@Devin Gordon

They did notify that they are withdrawing funds back from my account and I tried to talk to them and also told them that lease is on my side but nothing helped.

I even tried calling my bank and they told me that when I gave authorization to the third party to deposit they also were authorized to remove the funds in the same way.

You are in a hole with such services.

@Brad Bellstedt

Be careful with cozy though, they have burnt me. The tenant was able to width draw his funds after cozy deposited rent into my bank account. Tenant claimed fraud or other excuse with them and they screwed me over. I lost a month of rent and then tenant vacated and I had to restart my advertisement all over again losing couple of months after that.
