My renters have frequent tendency to break the dishwasher or maybe it’s just the appliance issue, how are landlords finding cheaper way to either buy or fix the dishwasher? Or getting around this frequent breakage problem.

Thank you !

Hi all

I have a tenant and I want to avoid travelling 100's of miles one way to sign the new lease. I have already spoken in person about the details, now just planning to execute the lease signatures. Is there a method you have used for e-signatures besides pricy docusign.

Appreciate any pointers.

Thanks !

@Theresa Harris

Thanks. How do you keep track of condition of the place during inspection? Do you just make a written note of big ticket items and have tenant sign acknowledgment? If not any suggestions?

Thanks a lot !

Hi Friends

I am closing a contract for a multi family unit in California with existing tenants for which lease ends mid 2020 (next year)

What do you recommend I do with the lease at the close of contract?

Do I need to re-write the lease with same terms and different owner name/contact?

Please advise.

Any other guidance that one needs to do in such situations is greatly appreciated.

Thanks !
