How to collect rent?

Hello everyone!

I am buying a new primary residence and turning my current primary into a rental property and I am curious as to how landlords who are not utilizing a collection service set up their rent collection from tenants. I'd like to avoid having to drive to the property to collect a check. Any advice is appreciated.

Thank you,

I think your easiest solutions may be apps such as Cozy or Tellus.  There are dozens to choose from but these are seemingly two of the more popular within the forums.
