Great judgment call @James Nguyen! Do you mostly have condos as rentals, or do you have sfh as well? I am trying to get into the market, I am focusing on sfh, but if condos are THAT cheap and give such good returns, I don't mind going that route either. The only thing I am sceptical of is the HOA fees. What are your thoughts on HOA fees?

@Sharon Tzib The reason I am considering to take the realtor license is that I will be looking at a lot of houses and making a lot of offers. I don't know if any realtor would be patient enough to show me 20'ish houses to buy only 1. So that is why I think having access to the MLS and the Supra Key would be better for me so that I can go whenever I want to take a look at the houses. What do you think?
