Hello all, I am Scott from Houston and am eager to get started in real estate investing. I have been a pharmacist here for 25 years and am ready to start a new chapter in life. I think that I am interested in rehabs for flipping (single family) or holding for rentals (multi family) but I will welcome any and all advice.  I've done online studies, joined the local real estate club, got money ready...now I just need to know where to look to get my first success story.

Congrats Scott.

My advise is to focus on one.  Who cares about what your five year goal is in real estate if you don't get that first one done.  The first is always the hardest.  Best of luck.
