SAVE $19k-34k on this one!!!

Will be all new carpet in bedroom and living roo too, per HOA request (less noise), before my closing, seller is taking care of everything... few more days, closing is postponed on June 26th! I'm doing inspection Tuesday at 12:30 if you want to come with me and take your decision. Really good opportunity! :-)

HEY! Just starting a new condo again. 2br/ 1 back / 850 Sq. Ft. / 1331 E. 7th Steeet, Long Beach, CA, 90813. CLOSING JUNE 20TH!

Here are 3 options, you can buy:

1- NOW: Wholesale to you at $215k cash and can close in 13 days

2- In 14 days: you do the fixing, can sell to you at $220k and you do the fix and flip yourself. You can hire me if you want, after closing, if you need me.

Another Fix & Flip success, in 70 days, we did a net ROI of 14.2% which means 74.2% ROI Annualized... #PrettyExciting.... just made 3 offers yesterday to start over again, let me know if you have any deals for me I can buy: distressed owner, distressed house or with at least $40-50k equity after repairs! Cash is King! Make a reasonable offer.  Just got a tenant until June 1 at $1,600 and maybe can stay longer!

Available now only for fix and flip or buy and hold... starting repairs next week.  So you can still get it between $162k and $199k, depends on how fast you can get it...  We can still do repairs for you or not, your choice.  

Wholesale is not available on this one anymore, but I have on my wall another 2/1/1 I put an offer today too!  :-)

Hi, I posted a deal a week or so ago and cannot find it anymore, is there a way to search Long Beach, CA in some way without having all other deals in the way???

I have another deal on my wall, putting an offer today, but it is so hard to find them back to update or edit, that is not easy???
