GOOD NEWS:  I found today a lender who can do OYO with only 5% down for Owner Occupied, or maybe investors with 25% down.  I've got over 30 people interested before, but financing was always a problem.   So hope few of you can re-contact me again or new interested!  thanks

Looking for condos under $200k and houses under $300k, who need $10-20k in repairs! LONG Beach, CA or 30 min. away! Off market or pocket listing even better...

I'm doing the same metal back splash behind the counter, new double sing and amazing faucet will be installed too...  I have all the material and finishing the repairs this week... but if you are an investor and want to save a little bit more money, we can leave you the remaining repairs and save few more$$$...

No, the toilet is between the 2 bedrooms... and each bedrooms has their own closets.  Old house design I guess...
