I called my mortgage, and my contract says that transfering my deed will mean I'm required to pay the entire balance which I cannot.

Do you know anyone who can?

Is therr any taxation on COO or reset on prop. Taxes?

I thought REI were doing that easily all the time with a quit claim deed?

Please help

If you sell your RE or business but don't want to buy something else, or cannot use 1031 exchange!

1- AMAZING STRATEGY to avoid capital gains completely and giving seller 93.5% of their money... instead of 70-75% after taxes?

2- Another strategy can save your CG from 2019, can go back 180 days but need to act fast...  can reduce capital gain by 15%,,delay 4-10 years or even avoit it after 10 years...

3- A $12M commercial building can save up to $600k taxes every year if you can qualify

4- Can save up to 28% in expenses every year if you have a maufacture, laboratory, dentist, doctor, storage office, etc...

Pretty powerful...  and unknown by over 95% of the people.  Let me see if you can qualify for few of those.

Want to CANCEL SINCE MONTHS, to revert to the free account only, but no cancel button anywhere. And nobody never call me back or email me back to process this...  sold my house that was on the market, so I don't need the upgrade anymore... now helping people to get 40-45 different tax strategies for RE people and other market too! Safe money and tax free.

Post: land trust to avoid capital gain?

I thought that a land trust is transfering title from a property, helps identity protection, but in case of death the land trust is still surviving, which avoid the probate,Capital Gain taxes and Prop 13 8n California, because there is no Change of ownership. At least CG is differed until the property is actually sold in the future???  And because a land trust is like a separate entity, the capital gain will be paid inside the LT, right?  Not on a personal level, just the distribution to the beneficiaries.  Is this right???

Thanks

PS: Can also be rented for $800 a week or $2,800 a month, but only UNTIL I sell it... SO this is ONLY a temporary rental and you have to keep it clean and give us access for potential buyers.
