@Michaela Zanello you do not have to be licensed, just find another title company.

Find a recommendation from active investors in your area.

@Alicia Williams

Hi there,

Three easy steps

1. Agree on a price with the buyer and get a contract/ you can find a contract on the BP filespace but make sure to run it by an attorney to modify it for state and local regulations.

2. Find a buyer. Buyer signs an assignment that observes the price you have the property and your finders fee. Assignment contract can be found the same way.

3. Take both contracts to your title company. They will run title and when that clears both parties will close. The title company will let you know and you can pick up your check.

Hope that simplifies things

@Mitchell Javorksi

Really cool story. From my experience this has to do with the fact of truly believing and working towards something and then it will come true.

Anything else unknowingly  experience in life from the vision board? I am curious

Hi My name is Michael, I buy houses in Rock Hill and Fort Mill, I can pay cash and close the day of your choice, I purchases homes in as-is condition, if you are serious about getting your home sold please leave your name, phone number and property address?

Also my list is a mixture between absentee and owner occupied if that helps

I saw an excellent tip on the BP blog to search through the assessor information to find the cash buyers around your property. This seemed like a great research tool. I called my assessors office and they do not provide that info. Could I purchase this info from a site like list source?
