Hey guys,

To the investors who use google voice, what do you think are essential questions to put on the voicemail for the potential seller to hear.

And be sure to ask that they "please speak slowly and clearly".  Nothing worse is than getting a hot lead then they say the phone number so fast and garbled that you cannot figure out what it is regardless of how many times you listen to it (and of course, they are calling from a blocked number).

Sure you will get to enjoy the witty joker that speaks as possible trying to be funny (I get about one a week) but overall its worth it.  So many people speed up when leaving their phone number.
