Hey guys,

To the investors who use google voice, what do you think are essential questions to put on the voicemail for the potential seller to hear.

Hey guys, I have began a wholesaling campaign in the Rock Hill/ Fort Mill area and was wondering if my fellow carolinians had a favorite title company or closing attorney.

I am going to reach out to a number of title companies tomorrow to see which one will work best with my business.

Nathan I am 19 and am wholesaling. Money is abundant. You go to school 35-40 hours a week leaving you plenty of free time.

Get a job working 30 hours a week and make $240 a week. After one month you will have $960 which will be enough for your first month of marketing.

Let me know if you have any questions man

You can eliminate marketing costs at first by talking to everyone you know and ask them if they know anyone who needs your service.

Also, I would recommend having a marketing budget even if that budget is not large.

I would suggest starting with 500-1000 names per month and setting aside that money for 3 months with or without a deal. Divide the mailings by week per month (4 mailings) and then repeat for the next 2 months with different letters.

If you cannot set this money aside yet, I would suggest getting a part time job or driving for uber in order to set up a marketing campaign.

The campaign is crucial to your success.

Thanks for the reply @Colin Goodwin

Your suggestion makes a lot of sense. No need to pay for a realtor until you are pretty sure you can close the deal.
