Welcome to Nashville!! I’d be happy to meet with you and others who are in the investor market. Newbie to here as well moved here from Sacramento just shy of 3 years ago! 

@Matthew McNeil can you tell me issue you had with using a title company please? I’be backed myself in a corner and need to start exchange early this week but the company I normally use said I can’t close until next Tuesday if they are doing it. They also raised there price 500 per closing from 750. 😬

@David M Trapani thank you very much. The best advice in there was the LLC info. I hope Panama City Brach allows LLC's or I'm in a pinch with timing on finding something else for my 1031 exchange. Thank you again!
