I'm looking for lender in Florida now (Panama City Beach) and have about 33 percent down. If anyone can recommend a lender that would be much appreciated. I contacted Visio but there rate was a "little" high so looking for possible options.

I was wondering if anyone knows if there is a demand for monthly furnished rentals in downtown Nashville. I have a condo that allows monthly but not nightly tenants. Looking for a property manager as well that handles furnished. Thank you in advance

https://www.compass.com/agents... I worked with Spencer Sadler via email and phone prior to moving here  He has a pretty  solid grasp on vacation rentals in Nashville market  I talked with a rep from turnkey vacation rentals who gave quite a bit of helpful information. 

If you find anything that pencils out Downtown, let me know, I’m looking as well. It’s hard to find. There are houses that work but I prefer a condo for VRBO.
