I have a 1031 exchange that is going south. It is owned by my S-Corp. I wanted to know if I could move the funds (87k) or a portion of those funds into my self guided 401k to help alleviate the tax implications? Thank you in advance for any adivice.

I have never put together a networking event so this one will be informal. After that if I can get one our two people to help come up with an agenda moving forward and or just keep it informal. I’m open to suggestions and comments
