Has anyone acted as there own intermediary on a 1031 exchange?

I’ve been torn between building web site or building Facebook page and I thought it’d be great (even if we had to pay for it) to be able to share our BP profile to non members such as bankers and vendors to showcase the deals we’ve done and what we’re about. I know you’re wanting us to provide our information to showcase how much you’ve help us succeed,,, let’s have one place to put our information that we can share with others.

I don’t see a lot of new tract housing being built in the areas I’ve driven around. Which leads me to hope there will be a shortage. Either way it’s been good to me so far. There are deals out there you just need to learn the right areas and network with locals that can give advice. There are rumors that more big companies are headed that way. 

I don’t believe they appreciate the same as stick built and very hard to get financing on.

Could be a way to meet with some of the people who are going. I am not affiliated with this place and actually prefer Von Elrod's but a good back up spot.

Has anyone in the group purchased the 90 day intention journal? If so do we buy 4 so we can have one for each quarter since it comes out once a year / limited edition?
