Investor friendly contractors in Nashville

Hi BP Nashville! I live and invest in Texas but I do own a rental house in Hendersonville in the Walton Ferry area. I have had a very difficult time finding contractors to come out to do work on the house. It has good bones but needs a new wood deck, and some bathroom renovations, other minor turnkey items. Can anyone help with recommendations? Anyone own property up that way? Thanks ahead!
