Oh... customer service? I asked for a referral to help transition form QB to REI hub and there response was let them help 1st then see if I need outside help!! Impressive.

I'd LOVE to be able to share with "anyone" (in particular banks / lenders) our investments that you like us to upload and share with bigger pockets. I think it can really help tell the story of what we've done as an investor. 

Have you looked in Dover or Buchanan TN, outside of Clarksville? Properties on and near Kentucky Lake but still in Tennessee. We’ve considered doing similar in that area. 

We just got a new product, 1 day seasoning refinance on cash purchases. Also 30 year DSCR loans as low as 4.99%. If anyone wants more information please reach out.
