I have signed up for Google Voice. I was just reading online all of the different things you can do with it, and allowing there to be multiple messages for different callers was I believe one of them. I could totally be wrong, I just started using it and since it is free just wanted to throw that out at ya!:)

As a CPA, I agree with the above comments. If your long term goals are to create a business with your rental properties, QuickBooks is the way to go. You will get started on the right foot, and your accountant will GREATLY appreciate your choice!:) (could not agree more with J Scott's comments). Good Luck!
