Actually I don't wholesale full time, I run another business as well which I love also! (not real estate related at all) One thing I wish I knew when I first started was NOT TO BUY A BUNCH OF OVERPRICED COURSES! I wish I had known to stop trying to learn everythhing and just start marketing.

You don't make money learning, you make money taking action. If you get stuck, just get on Bigger pockets and ask a question. Network with successful people and they won't let you fail (especially if you partner with them and they have something to gain by helping you). Work smart not hard and leverage other people's expertise.
