I refinanced a rental condo with no issue, but that was 2013 and in Arlington not DC.

Personally I would not rent to a family of four dogs.  However if there was a human living with them to take them on walks and feed them, I would consider it.

Maybe the powerful Realtor lobby can make non-agent sales extinct. NJ and OR you must use an “agent” to pump your gas.

I always had a feeling you can crush it in rural areas, but personally after growing up in a rural area, I am not moving back.
