Personally I would not rent to a family of four dogs.  However if there was a human living with them to take them on walks and feed them, I would consider it.

I always had a feeling you can crush it in rural areas, but personally after growing up in a rural area, I am not moving back.

David Greene's input is amazing every time he speaks.  Hope he appears on more podcasts.

I have a few condo townhouses I like the fact that I only need to worry about whats inside the walls.

@Russell Brazil @Andrew Smith  Just my 2c I throw up in my mouth a little when I see a home in the DMV area ascetically ruined by solar panels 

 Once the technology advances and a battery pack can take me off the grid I will be more interested but currently I just think they are ugly
