Starting as an investor with absolutely no money available
Hi Everyone,
My name is Andrew and I am trying to get started in real estate, but facing one of the largest hurdles. I have been going from contract job to contract job, with no sense of a permanent position on the horizon. I struggle to pay my bills every month and still have enough money to put food on the table for my wife and son. I have the ambition to be successful with real estate, but I keep getting knocked down because I can't afford to put any of my own money into a deal. I know from reading the posts on BiggerPockets that investing in real estate is an excellent way to earn extra income.
I am looking for an investor who is willing to work with me as a partner, or as a mentor while I get a few deals under my belt.
Thanks!
Andrew

Hi Andrew,
I am wondering what type of contract work that you do? Are you wanting to assist on flips? If you have limited cash it is best to tell investors what other skilled you have to offer. Just a suggestion.
