We call them dust devils here. We do have very severe Monsoon seasons with what's called Micro-bursts. They're intense but as previously mentioned, our biggest issue is heat.

Sounds like VW will be losing a great mechanic soon! Great job on your part. I disagree with the difficulty in finding properties in our market though. Plenty of opportunities all over the place.
