I am 27, Married and live in Arizona. I am educating myself on creative investing and want to get into buying single family homes and multi family residences. I have had the entrepreneurial spirit my whole life and have been in direct sales as a result. I have a little experience in being a landlord, when I was 20 my dad cosigned on a small 2 bedroom home that we got in foreclosure and I have owned and managed that with him to date. I didn't get to help with any of the bank paperwork though, so I need to get some experience with that. I am motivated and ready to expand my horizons, make some friends, and close some deals!
