Hi Everyone! I'm interested in learning all that I can about real estate. I enjoy the topic, and made great money flipping my own home. I would like to learn as many strategies as I can, while focusing on fix and flips, wholesaling, and buy and holds. Please don't hesitate to mention any ideas or suggestions to me. I'm very open to splits and assignment deals.
I want to start with single family homes and eventually move to commercial real estate as my experience and funds increase.
