This may initially seem odd by the few that may remember me but I feel it is appropriate. 

My name is Nick Johnson. I've been a member of the great BP Nation for years now. I went on what I'll call, vacation. In the spirit of keep this short for now, more to come and I always welcome questions, I'd like to say hello to all the 'old timers and everyone else who I have not had the privilege of meeting, yet.

Welcome Logan! Prescott is a beautiful place! I don't spend as much time there these days since my brother has moved back to the valley. I believe Prescott is just big enough for you to make a serious impact on the market there. Good luck to ya! If and when I make it up there, I'll connect with you and maybe we can break bread?

If your only goal is to gain control then keep it easy with a Lease/Option. Keep your option payment down low and extend your option period out longer.
