Just curious what most people are spending per acquisition. Whether it be mailers (LETTERS AND POSTCARDS) , Internet, etc. AND WHAT IS WORKING BEST FOR YOU?

@Scott Rubzin we spend roughly $6K for our operations (acquisition and disposition). We closed 6-7 deals/mth and generate 6 figures. So that’s around $850/acquisition. Although it depends on number of deals we close in a month. The operational cost is the same. Our greatest investment: team of virtual assistants and tools.
