I often here people say as a newbie learn your market first.

As a newbie what is the best ways to get familiar with your market? Who should One talk to? What should one do or look for? Or would you study specific areas?

I understand. I’m fairly new to real estate. I like to be transparent with people. When sellers call my phone they already know that I buy for a discount Through proper marketing. So when they call me they should be already somewhat motivated because they already know I am looking to buy at a discount. I don’t like to try to talk anyone into anything. But I don’t like to low ball folks. I want every one involved to be happy. Thank y’all. I was just wondering because I heard some one talking that practice and was just wondering if anyone else felt like that also.
