Oh ok i see so just doing a marketing campaign from the software is really no bueno. I got ya. I’m up educating myself now on the matter. Find some real marketers to do it for me I’m understanding more day by day. I see how ppc can be expensive but it definitely does look worth it.

@Jerryll Noorden thank you for your willingness to share with me. I am on a venture for my first deal so you are right I do not have everything figured out. Right now i am a union iron worker certified welder and I’m looking for a way out of that.

As for the DMM I was using this software called my reipro. And you can set up campaigns there. Pull leads and alot more.

And you are right I will stop and re-evaluate my plan.

I will get a website made and make it look very professional.

But honestly I haven’t looked into PCC I’m definitely going to look into that.

I am about to start a direct mail marketing campaign to possible motivated sellers with a budget of around 2k. Should I lean more towards prefer closures with equity or vacant? Or how would you disperse those funds into direct mail marketing? And how many deals do you think I can come up with with this marketing budget?

what are the different ways of marketing to motivated sellers are there? I know direct mail, cold calling, and emails..am I missing anything ?
