@Paul Timmins Thanks so much for the welcome, it truly is appreciated. Thank you also for the great resources, I definitely will dive right into these and gain as much knowledge as I can. I appreciate referencing them for me. The two books seem really interesting too.  I can't wait to read and acquire as much knowledge as I can out of them.

@Tyler Roicki Thank you for your warm welcome to biggerpockets. I'm looking forward to utilizing all of the tools necessary here to make that big transition over into real estate. The books are next on my agenda to read, then hopefully after some time I can dip right into my first deal. I'm also in the process of getting my agent license, so I'm studying for the exam for the time being.

Hey guys, I'm a newbie in the real estate world from San Antonio, Texas. I am actually in graduate school for Pharmacy and considering switching my major over to real estate. I'm super excited to begin learning and researching from the site, as I have very little knowledge about the terminology and practices real estate uses. So far I've found the webinars as a good introduction into this new realm that I am in. I am making a goal to make approximately 4k month within the next 3 years of doing real estate. I'm interested in all aspects of real estate, but I like the idea of renting and flipping. I'd like to connect with anybody on here, and especially the individuals from San Antonio and nearby areas. It's great to connect and help one-another, so do please feel free to connect and get in contact with me.

Sincerely,

Mohammad Haidarasl
