Hi All,

Is there a way to use the calculators so that partnerships are taken into account? For instance, a partner puts more money into the deal, so their returns will look different then mine (less money in the deal). If not, do you have any suggestions? Thanks!

I recently sold my single family primary residence in Exeter, NH for a $110k capital gain. I paid off all my remaining student loans of $38k which I had on a HELOC, put 10% down on my new single family, and spent $20k on value-add renovations. I'm left with around $40k that I'm looking to invest in small multifamily (1-4).

I'm a Property Manager and have a strong network of contractors, lawyers, vendors, insurance agents, CPA's, etc. I'm looking to connect with more like-minded people and hopefully provide value where I can. Connections welcomed!

Since the current lease states the tenant is to pay for these utilities it shouldn't matter that you are now receiving the invoice from the City. The processes has just changed a little. I would recommend you pay the City and then seek reimbursement from your tenant to avoid issues with the City.
