Hi Everyone, does anyone use any services similar to List Source that they like better than List Source? I’m looking for seller financed opportunities so a list of names/addresses with a lot of equity or no mortgage is what I’m looking for. Thank you!

@Elise Marquette Hi Elise, looking to buy in NH. I recently heard about HomeStyle Renovation loan. A single family purchase would be my easiest way to buy using that program. I’m looking into it more and also reading Building Wealth One Home at a Time.
