i think it is beneficial that all three of them get out there together, (even though john looks like he never did a hard days work his entire life) and do something, even if most of the time is spent talking. then john can try to see were the problem might be. by the mother coming out will show this kid the seriousness of his poor judgment.
if john feels they are sincere and are remorseful he will probably just say forget about it after a couple of weeks, but if there is an attitude problem....the next 10 saturdays they had better hope it doesn't snow!

it is insane that these exterminating companies are still out there spraying these chemicals, when they know this stuff exist! even "billy the exterminator" was using it (fipronil) in a roach infested house on TV...it's all about the $...

just curious mike i have two units i put them in and what repairs have you made to them?

i have to disagree about baits, i have personally used FIPRONIL gel bait and had have roaches literally disappear. american roaches gone in 2 days, german roaches 1-2 week. i would at least give this stuff a try first. make sure it is .05% fipronil not .01% and its on ebay for about $8 a tube....for a 6 unit place you would only need 3 tubes...this stuff was recommended to me by an exterminator.

if a tenant stops paying in August. i'm filing for eviction by August 20th with no excuses...not to the end of September. this way an eviction will show up on her record. now he has waited too long, and she's long gone....now pick up the pieces and get a new tenant.
