My awesome tenants, after 3 years of perfect payments, flawless upkeep, no hassles, etc. have approached me to inform me that they will be moving out.

It appears that they are moving to their mother's neighbors house who out of desperation to rent the place has dropped the rent to $500/month ($275 cheaper than what they currently pay). I can't blame them for the move, but am sad to see them go!

30-day notice is required, but they may not be out until either Dec 1 or Jan 1, they are going to know more in the next few weeks.

But, then again, three years of perfect payments is three years more than you'll get with some tenants, so at least be glad you got what you did!
