Do you think 16" tiles look good in small areas like bathrooms?

And when you say use less grout, do you mean go with something like 1/8" gaps rather than 1/4" gaps or something else? Does this save on time or just materials?

actually i don't space my tiles at all, i butt them together and then grout the floor

maybe i should used abandoned... she failed to pay June rent. so when i went over there the neighbors said she moved or was moving down south. so i gave her a thirty day notice (June 10)and put all her stuff on the curb(July 10) to be picked up by the city.

tell me about it. on the weekend of July 10th, 3 of my 4 properties the tenants moved out. one bought a house, one eviction, one disappeared.

i agree 100%

in NJ you can't charge more than 1.5 months rent for deposit, and if you get somebody with a good score and references usually just 1 months rent.

i never had to show a lease in court for non-payment of rent

Instead of re-glazing, which is basically a high-tech paint job, and replacing, which involves chopping out the old one and replacing it with a 2-part tub & surround combo (necessary in my homes), a relining is a drop in acrylic shell that's precisely matched to the make and model of the old tub.

It's supposed to cost a lot less than a completely new tub (you're not removing the old one) and more of an upgrade than refinishing. I have a tub in one house that will need something done between the next tenants.

$$$$$ at least around here. it seems like they corner the market in trying to get a tub....they called me to set up an appointment for a sales rep($$), and the lady told me on the phone"it will at least be a $2000 job"
