welcome,

im a few miles north or you. it seems like your starting out like I did. id be glad to help you with anything. im also a realtor, when you obtain the license, I could help you with a brokerage.

so if you do set up separate llc's, what will you do about insurance? is there some kind of policy for the property management company that u set up to help cover you in a lawsuit, or do you just file bankruptcy on the property management company

don't forget to save some money for the tax man. I personally send in estimated payments to both federal and state, so I don't have a big surprise next year.

I just passed the Utah exam, and felt it was not too difficult. I prep for 2 weeks and took approx. 1000 practice questions. my best advice is to take each question slowly and read it thoroughly, before making a answer. especially on the math questions, make sure you fully understand what there asking. apart from that, I think you will do fine.
