Could you extent the length of the podcasts to 1 1/2 hr to 2 hr. it seems that the last few podcasts could of lasted longer, and the guests seemed to have more info to share.

when your monitoring a topic, how do you get notified by email when someone posts a comment on the topic.

see if you can get a copy of your local realtors association monthly magazine, you will sometimes find advertisements from some smaller brokerages looking for agents, they will be a little more flexible with part time agents. by the way, your full time agents seem to work part time hours.
