Hi,

I'm looking for recommendations on brokers, lenders, and property managers in the Kansas City MO and Omaha NE areas.  I'm looking for a C to B class multi-family property (10 to 20 units) in those areas.  I'm selling a rental property and will be looking to re-invest with a 1031 exchange around May of this year after the property that I'm selling is rehabbed and sold.

I have experience as a single family investor, but none as a multi-family investor.  I'd like to take this 1031 exchange capital and use it to purchase my first multi-family property.  Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
