Wholesalers do this sometimes when trying to wholesale an REO. Banks don't do assignments and I know in pa you can't double close so some guys put it in an Llc and just sell the Llc to the end buyer

If you find one in the Northeast let me know. Most won’t do a double closing if you mean using B to C to fund A to B. Gotta use transactional funds

I wholesale in the Poconos and there are some great ROI rental properties in the area. As Jean stated above there is a state university and they just built a new hospital. Combine that with the indoor water parks and casino and there is some great opportunities out here

I live in the Poconos, specifically East Stroudsburg. There is a great opportunity here not just for regular rentals but also vacation rentals. A lot of people overlook this area but when you travel interstate 80 from NY and NJ we are the first exit in Pennsylvania. A lot of people rent here and work in NJ and NY due to its close proximity but considerably less cost of living.
