New Investor In NY/NJ/PA Tristate Area

Hello all! I am Christian and I am a newcomer to REI. I have spent the past year reading and researching as much as I can about REI. I am now at the stage of looking for my first multi-family property to house hack and get started in this exciting venture. I was born in NYC then grew up in NYC and the Poconos of Pennsylvania. I have just spent the past eight years living in Southern California and have recently moved back to the tristate area to acquire my first investment property. This move was also for a great job opportunity offered in my current career as a full time military and civilian skydiving instructor based at Skydive Sussex in Sussex, NJ. My goals are to build my experience and portfolio to the point of making REI my main focus. I am open to any knowledge I can gain as well as any help I can offer to new and veteran investors alike. I would like to see my portfolio at forty units in the next 5 years and become involved in helping new investors to achieve their goals as well through knowledge and experience I gain. I look forward to meeting you all and this adventure ahead of me
