@Jay Hinrichs  lol yea we'd be gasping for air. I believe a person should make what they can negotiate to get. If you're informing someone of all their options, you've done your job. I believe someone said it in a prior post. Who honestly owns a home and doesn't know it's value? If you don't then honestly that's shame on you, especially if you're trying to sell. But I have no problem how much someone makes and that always seems to be the brokers and realtors problem. How much a wholesaler made on the deal.

@John Thedford

So why you always crying about how other people handle their business? You don't know what's discussed when people are talking, you're not there. You and a few others on here swear that you are always the smartest people in the room. I wouldn't care if it was your grandma. If she wants to sell cheap and knows she has other avenues which could bring her more money and she still decides to take to quick cash that is her decision. Nobody's listening to you. We're wholesaling bro. And as long as my state allows it, I will continue too. And you're right I don't know what I'm talking about with brokers license. Cause it doesn't concern me. There's an old saying, what you eat don't make me **** brother. Good luck with all you endeavors

Congratulations. The hate is crazy. I wouldn't care if I made 100k. If the seller wants to sell it at this price. And the buyer wants to buy it at that price, why does it matter what I make. The seller always knows they have the option to list with an agent. I always tell the seller that they should check with a realtor or get an appraisal. If they choose to still go with my cash offer am I wrong? As far as the buyer is concerned, this is the price I am offering. If you want it cool, if you don't that's fine as well. At no point is a gun held to anyone's head and forced them into a deal. There are so many saints on BP. So is it cool to buy a property and force a tenant to move out and disrupt there life? Where's the concern for that. Realtors and brokers hate because we can make those big spreads off negotiations. Where they are capped. They are the only ones I see bashing wholesaling. I can lead a horse to the water but it's not my job to make em drink

The thing with the Poconos is the Air BnB opportunities. I know a guy doing 40k a year from one house. This will always be a vacation destination because of how close we are to the City. As well as Jersey. People love the calm of the woods. And the idea of having a whole house for the same price as a hotel is very appealing. Especially with so many amenity filled communities. A lot of which are gated and offer great security. I'm wholesaling now but the big picture for me is vacation rentals. You have all these indoor water parks as well as ski resorts. The opportunity is enormous

West Jackson is pretty cool if you can grab properties there. I know there's a guy named Mike who has a lot of properties in that area. He may be someone you want to link up with. I lived all over York City and to be so small it gets crazy. My mother lived on the 800 block of S George St right by the college. I know York extremely well. There is definitely opportunity if you get the right properties. I left cause I got teenage kids and I just couldn't risk something happening to them. Best of luck to you

There is a great opportunity here in the Poconos, particularly East Stroudsburg. There is a great demand for college rentals here as well. Be careful in York. I lived there for the past 16 years before relocating. There are definitely war zones in that area. Even right near the college. Properties are cheap but a lot of the area is crime ridden. Best of luck and if you are interested in the Poconos at all give me a holler. I wholesale out there and I come across a lot of off market properties. It's a lot closer to you as well
