A Tax Question : I have a Wyoming LLC that owns 2 Hawaii LLC's. Wyoming "parent" LLC is an S-Corporation. For Federal Taxes ... Do I just file for the Wyoming LLC?  No need for pass-through Hawaii LLC's?

I am filing Hawaii State Taxes for Hawaii LLC's.

Thank you in advance,

Mike

Aloha from Hawaii,

I own a RENTAL Inspection business in Hawaii.  I work primarily with Property Managers.  It takes a long time to do our  forms and paperwork (preparing and formatting).  I'd like to hire a Virtual Employee (not contractor) for these tasks.  I know someone that could do it but he lives in Kentucky/Tenessee.

I sent him and I-9 and W-4.  He says his state does not have State Taxes.

What tax issues do I need to be aware of with this?

Thank you in advance,

Mike

Ron LeGrand is a brilliant investor!  I've learned so much from him.  You get his Wholesaling Course and access to his "Gold Club" resources.  You cannot go wrong with all this for $1!  However, the choice to continue after the trial is YOURS TO MAKE.

I personally stayed on for a number of months to learn and use all the resources I needed.  Then I canceled when I was ready to take action.  Don't listen to anyone who hasn't tried it themselves.  Ron LeGrand has accelerated my learning curve tremendously!  Just my experience.

Kansas City, MO market Investors & RE Professionals,

Aloha from Hawaii! I'm looking for an Agent (or referral to an agent) that will be able to be my "boots on the ground" for properties in the Kansas City, MO market. I will pay for an Agent's CMA and Agent's Estimated Repair Total on the property.

Please Personal Message me about what you would charge.  I intend to use you repeatedly so if you could manage a discount, that would be appreciated.

Thank you in advance,

Mike from Hawaii

Kansas City Investors & RE Professionals,

What is your Recommended / Best Website(s) to Research Comps in Kansas City, MO Market?

I am not a Licensed Agent.  I am from another State.

Thank you in advance,

Mike from Hawaii
