Thank you @Nicholas Cornford .  Is it because traditional loans won't be given in an Entity name?  Can I ask what your preferred Acquiring Strategy is, and preferred Exit Strategy is?  Thank you in advance!

@Brent Coombs , thank you for your response.  If the property is in pre-foreclosure, and I want to buy this "upside-down" house, can I call the bank and negotiate a Short Sale?  Will they take terms or have to be cashed out?
